Arizona Ballroom

Incorporating local elements, the 12,000 square foot Arizona Ballroom is adorned with beautiful stained oak millwork, fossil stone accents, and a palate of blue and gold. The outside entrance to the ballroom features cascading fountains, vibrant bougainvillea, and over fifty royal date palms lining the entry drives. This ballroom is customizable to create a room for any size event ranging from 80 guests to over 600 guests for a seated dinner and up to 1,200 for a reception style event.

Vaquero Ballroom

Vaquero Ballroom is an elegant setting in which to host premier gatherings. Vaulted ceiling with crystal tube chandeliers and warm, neutral colors throughout make our largest venue feel welcoming. Menu Tasting

The resort offers a complimentary menu tasting approximately three months prior to your event date. At this time, you may have up to two guests attend the tasting. We reccommend your Wedding Coordinator be present to discuss all details regarding your wedding day.

Menu tastings are offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays in the afternoon based on availability.

Food and Beverage

No food or beverage may be brought into the hotel by the guests or persons attending the functions. All food and beverages will be supplied by the hotel.

Service Charge & Sales Tax

A taxable service charge and sales tax will apply to all food & beverage items.

We welcome the opportunity to create menus especially for you. Please ask your Event Sales Manager.

Wedding Planning Services

We strongly recommend use of a Wedding Coordinator. Your Hyatt Wedding Specialist will assist you with vendor recommendations and menu customization and serve as your "go to" person for any and all hotel related services. Every event is unique and requires different levels of attention. If you are the "do it yourself" bride you may only need a day of coordinator to take care of all the last minute details and ensuring everyone gets down the aisle in style while we ensure the cocktails, cuisine, and service your guests recieve are flawless. Your Hyatt Wedding Specialist can provide you with an extensive list of Wedding Coordinators with a variety of packages.

Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 12 noon. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten (10) guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Final Payment
Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover charges and/or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.

Confirmation of Space
An initial non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.

Rehearsal

The hotel will offer a one hour rehearsal. The location & time is based on availability.

Vendors
